How tuition works

What sets tuition

Tuition follows the age stage and the number of classes a family books each week. A session is a set of weeks. We go through it with you when you book a first class.

Registration

Registration opens your family's account and holds a place for you. It is paid once when you accept a place, and it renews each fall.

Billing

Tuition is billed monthly, and autopay is optional. We send the amount before it is taken, so there is nothing to find on a statement later.

Siblings

A second child is a second place in a class, and an older brother or sister may be in a class on another day. Ask when you book and we will go through what it looks like for two.

Missed classes and make-ups

A missed class can be made up in another class of the same age stage in the same session, when there is room. Tell the front desk by text or phone before class if you can.

Withdrawing

We ask for two weeks' notice before a family leaves, by text or email to the front desk. We go through the weeks that are left with you, and we never ask for a reason.

Swim wear and other costs

Tuition covers the pool, your instructor and the floats and toys we use in class. A swim diaper with a snug swim cover, towels and a change of clothes come from home. Nothing else is required, and we say so in writing before you register.
